District Outreach Initiatives (DOI) is an education-based agency that focuses on increasing parent, family, and community engagement. We align these services through four core principles of Collective Impact: Educational Workshops, Capacity Building of Parents and Community Partnerships, Relationship Development and Participant Recruitment.
HALL PASS, created by District Outreach Initiatives (DOI), will be a premier online parent community space that will offer parents structured conversations, blog articles, weekly webinars and other tools and resources to help parents navigate through the current COVID-19 pandemic health crisis.
Parent and Family Engagement
Educational workshops and trainings that assist parents in creating activities that will help their children succeed in school and in life.
Family and community engagement strategies designed to cultivate parent leaders and structure school-home-community partnerships around student achievement.
Assist educators and parents with community resources that will enhance school based initiatives, resources and student outcomes.
Development of recruitment strategies that increase parent capacity in District-Wide initiatives and participation that will increase share of voice and create change agents.
